are going to have to approach collections in a new way by showing more empathy when dealing with
clients.

Credit Controllers need to be client relationship consultants – we are knowledgeable about our methods
and collections techniques and as a result of that, we are in a unique position to help clients understand what
options are available to resolve their overdue debts.
We need to be able to be more effective when using the Telephone when collecting outstanding Debt post
Covid and to be able to retain your clients.

and to sustain your relationship with your clients .
