By signing and returning this form you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. PAYMENT TERMS:
Once the registration form has been completed and returned, full payment for the event is required within 5 working days of receiving the invoice. Payment is required prior to the commencement of the event. 1 Group reserves the right to refuse admission if payment is not received prior to the start of the event. Payment must be made in SA Rand.
2. CANCELLATION / SUBSTITUTION:
provided that the total fee has been paid, and you are unable to attend the event a substitution is allowed up to one day before the event. No refund will be given for bookings cancelled 2 weeks before an event. Cancellations must be in writing by mail or fax. Non payment or nonattendance does not constitute cancellation. 1 Group cc – reserves the right to make changes to the program, Facilitator, Venue or cancel the event if the need arises. If the event is cancelled delegates will not be refunded however a credit voucher will be issued for a future event.
the Course material, or any information produced in connection with the event is copy written and belongs to 1Group cc and their Presenters the material may not be published, photocopied, duplicated or copied in any way without the express permission of the CEO of 1 Group cc and the Presenters of the Seminar.
4. CLIENT INFORMATION:
Client confirms that it has authorised 1 Group to retain Client information on 1 Group databases to be used by 1 Group, to assist in communicating products and services which maybe of interest to the client by Letter, phone,fax,e-mail, or other electronic means. If client wishes to stop receiving such information please inform the above 1 Group office.
5. GOVERNING LAW:
This agreement shall be governed in accordance with the law of South Africa
